2. How to apply

3.Providing employment placement services

4. Period of employment placement service provision

Employment placement services will continue to be provided as long as the Company determines that the User has the intention of continuing to change jobs and that a job that is suitable for the User is expected to occur.

5. Change, suspension, or termination of employment placement services

If it is unavoidable for business operations, the Company may change all or part of the employment placement service (including changing the person in charge) or temporarily suspend the employment placement service without any notice to the user. In addition, we may terminate all or part of our employment placement services after a certain period of notice.

6. Reasons for termination of employment placement service provision

In the event that a user falls under any of the following matters, the Company may terminate the provision of employment placement services without any notification to the user, and future users may We shall not be responsible for.

7. Re-application for employment placement service

8. Regarding the provision of employment placement services to users living overseas

Our company cannot provide employment placement services to users residing overseas, except in some countries. Therefore, users are required to promptly report to the Company when going on long-term overseas business trips or residing overseas.

9. Accuracy of personal information

Users shall provide accurate personal information to the Company and recruiting companies without any defects or discrepancies. In the event that the personal information provided by the user is inaccurate, or if any objection, claim, or demand is made by the recruiting company or other third party due to inadequacies or discrepancies in the content, You shall deal with such matters at your own expense and responsibility, and you guarantee that you will not cause any inconvenience to our company.

10. Submission of documents

Users shall promptly submit the following documents if requested by the Company.

  2. Residence card or work qualification certificate, etc. to confirm residence status
  3. Other certificates required by recruiting companies or job change agents

11. Job matching

Our company will check the application details received from the user and the recruitment conditions desired by the hiring company, but we will not be able to tell you the criteria for consideration or the reasons for the decision. In addition, even if we receive a request to apply for a job from a user, we will make a recommendation for the job after determining the degree of suitability for the job by referring to the selection criteria provided by the recruiting company. In some cases, we may not do so, or we may contact you on behalf of the recruiting company to inform you that you do not meet the job requirements.

12. Working conditions

The Company will contact the recruiting company to confirm the working conditions and other contract details at the user's request, but the user is responsible for confirming the working conditions and other contract details directly with the recruiting company. You agree that a contract will be concluded later, and that the working conditions notified by the Company to the User do not guarantee the final details of the contract.

13. Password management

14. Prohibitions

Users shall not engage in the following acts.

  3. Acts that slander, slander, or insult other users, employees of our company or recruiting companies, and any other parties involved in our business (hereinafter referred to as "related parties").

  5. Acts of using information obtained through employment placement services for purposes other than job search activities, or leaking or disclosing information to a third party without our consent.
  6. Acts of directly contacting a recruiting company that has been introduced through a job placement service without the consent of the Company and undergoing recruitment screening or joining the company.
  7. Acts such as absenting an interview or selection test/interview without prior notice, or declining a job offer after accepting it, without justifiable reason.
  8. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.

15. Fact-checking with recruiting companies

During the recruitment selection process, if we recognize that there is a discrepancy between the information regarding working conditions and other contract details notified by the recruiting company and the information reported by the user, we will confirm the facts with the recruiting company. 16. Handling of copyright etc.

Copyrights and all other property rights related to information created by our company belong to our company.

17. Elimination of anti-social forces

18. Disclaimer

19. Force Majeure

20. Liability for damages
