My name is Munakata and I am a senior manager of an overseas human resources consultant at Fuji Infox Net Co., Ltd.
On April 4nd, I gave a lecture at a session and information exchange event hosted by the TAMA Association. TAMA Association is an abbreviation for "Technology Advanced Metropolitan Area," which covers the area located in the Tokyo metropolitan area from Saitama Prefecture to Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefectures, and promotes advanced collaboration between industry and academia. They are working to expand the functionality of the support network for manufacturing small and medium-sized enterprises through industry, academia, and government funding.
At this year's "Tsunagu Wa Session/Global," sessions were held with the themes of "Overseas Business Development" and "Recruitment and Training of Overseas Human Resources." The theme of my presentation was "How do foreign human resources contribute to the development and improvement of companies and organizations?" I talked about the benefits and contributions to organizations brought by the appointment and utilization of foreign human resources, as well as the anticipated challenges. I explained it with examples. The event was held at ``Hachioji Octore'' in front of Hachioji Station, and in addition to 30 participants, 60 people also participated online, making it a successful meeting that included a Q&A session.
